The Trust is a private foundation that makes grants to qualifying nonprofit organizations. The Site provides information about the Trust's mission, grantmaking priorities, application procedures, and past grantees. Submitting a grant application or inquiry does not create any obligation on the part of the Trust to review, respond to, or fund the request. All grantmaking decisions are made at the sole discretion of the Trust's trustees.
By submitting a grant application or letter of inquiry, you represent that the information you provide is true, accurate, and complete, and that you are authorized to submit it on behalf of the organization named.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and the selection and arrangement of that content — is the property of the Trust or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may view and print content from the Site for personal, non-commercial, informational purposes only. Any other use, including reproduction, modification, distribution, or republication, requires our prior written permission.
The names "The Phil and Martha Bachman Foundation" and any associated logos are trademarks of the Trust and may not be used without our prior written consent.
