Grant applications and inquiries. If you submit a grant application or letter of inquiry through the Site, we collect the information you provide about your organization, its leadership, its financials, and its programs. Donations. If you make a donation through the Site, we collect the information needed to process it, including your name, contact information, and payment details. Payment information is processed through a secure third-party payment processor and is not stored on our servers.

Donors may request at any time that their information be kept confidential or removed from our mailing lists.

Grant Applicant Information

Information submitted through grant applications is used for the purpose of evaluating and administering grants. The Trust may share grantee names, grant amounts, and grant purposes in its public reports, on its website, and in filings required by law (such as IRS Form 990-PF). Sensitive organizational information provided in an application will not be publicly disclosed without the applicant's consent, except as required by law.

We take reasonable measures to protect the information we collect from loss, misuse, or unauthorized access. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is fully secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
