LEGACY
We celebrate, continue, and expand Phil and Martha’s philanthropy to the region they loved and called home.
COLLABORATION
Our foundation not only gives financial gifts but also helps our nonprofit partners to think creatively about projects and missions.
AUTOMOTIVE LEGACY
Phil and Martha Bachman built one of Northeast Tennessee's most prominent automotive dealership networks over a career lasting more than 50 years. At age 29 in 1967, Phil began his automotive business and became the youngest Cadillac dealer in the United States. The dealership network grew to span four cities and several franchises.
In addition to being a car dealer, he and Martha shared a passion for Ferraris and other sports cars. They grew their hobby into a world-class collection. The sale of the collection funds this foundation.

OUR BOARD
Our board stewards the Bachmans’ legacy with thoughtful leadership, local insight, and a shared commitment to strengthening Northeast Tennessee communities.
